About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy engaging with people and possess a background in administration and customer relations. The role of Lodge Supervisor is diverse and fulfilling, allowing you to positively impact the lives of our residents daily. As a friendly presence, you will organize activities, oversee the development, manage contractors, conduct health and safety assessments, and much more. Additionally, as a key site representative, you will assist in sales initiatives and lifestyle events in collaboration with the Sales Executive.

Your Responsibilities
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will ensure the maintenance of the property while delivering exceptional service to residents. You will be the reliable point of contact on-site, interacting with a variety of customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues.

About You
Your commitment to outstanding customer service is essential. With a focus on fostering a joyful and fulfilling environment for residents, you should possess an outgoing and approachable demeanor. You will need to demonstrate sensitivity and diplomacy while maintaining the efficiency and assertiveness required to manage the safety and security of the premises. Despite the high level of social interaction, you should be comfortable working independently and using your initiative.

Skills and Experience
To effectively coordinate events and manage site maintenance, you should be an experienced administrator with proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office, including Outlook. This position is well-suited for individuals with backgrounds in retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, or health and social care sectors. A successful Lodge Supervisor is someone who thrives in a front-of-house role and is dedicated to providing top-notch customer service alongside strong administrative capabilities.
