Lodge Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join Churchill Estates Management Ltd as a Lodge Manager, responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of our retirement living development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the site, and ensuring the smooth running of our community.

• Manage the site and its facilities, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard
• Provide exceptional customer service to our homeowners, responding to their needs and concerns
• Coordinate activities and events to enhance the lifestyle of our homeowners
• Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring that work is carried out to a high standard
• Conduct health and safety checks, ensuring the site is safe and secure
• Support sales activity and lifestyle events, working closely with the Sales Executive
• Manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring that it is well-maintained and secure

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience of working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
