We are seeking a highly commercial International Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the pharmaceuticals sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in international markets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience in managing a team and driving commercial performance. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with key customers, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the sales team in achieving sales targets and driving commercial growth.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base in international markets.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  4. Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new customers.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  1. 4 years of experience in export/international sales of pharmaceuticals to international markets.
  2. Language skills are desirable.
  3. Experience of managing a sales team.
