We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accommodation and Facilities Officer to join our Strategic Assets and Facilities Management Service.
The successful candidate will provide operational support to the Facilities Management team, ensuring all council buildings are maintained and managed to a high and sustainable level to achieve service objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor supplies and operate the postal system within the hub building, including online business postal accounts.
- Provide first-line response to building-related issues and support and resolution for Facilities Management problems.
- Contribute to the successful running of the hub building and escalate issues where appropriate.
