Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Buying Admin Assistant to join our Buying Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing critical deadlines, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless communication with suppliers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise purchase orders, maintain and update product lists, and ensure accuracy on our system.
- Manage department samples, including chasing samples, storage, and requests across wholesale, marketing, and photography.
- Support the team in preparing for range meetings, including sample pulling and organizing sign-off documents.
- Carry out competitor analysis to develop knowledge of the current market and provide feedback to the team.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and take part in in-store visits to provide detailed feedback.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Buying Admin role or a related field (placement year or internship experience will be considered).
- Passionate about gaining experience and developing a career in Buying.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Proactive, hard-working, and excellent at building relationships.
- Self-motivated and highly organized.
- Ability to prioritize and manage own workload.
