Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Buying Admin Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our buying team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing data, and ensuring accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with various department functions to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and concise data, including filing and generating weekly reports.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and assist in buying trip preparation.
  • Monitor competitors, research new brand proposals, and provide market trend feedback.
  • Work closely with brands to manage order confirmations, purchase orders, and repeats.
  • Participate in store visits and provide detailed feedback to the buying and merchandising team.
  • Micro-manage workload and priority lists for the merchandising admin team and interns.
  • Review margins and RRP's to ensure consistent growth.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a buying admin role or a placement year/internship in a similar field.
  • Passion for gaining experience and developing a career in branded buying.
  • Proactive, hard-working, and excellent at building relationships.
  • Advanced Excel skills (advantageous).
  • Ability to prioritize and manage own workload.
