About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Team Leader to join our team at Forest Lodge in Portadown. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users with complex needs, helping them to manage their emotions, and promoting their independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support service users with complex needs, including those with mental ill health, autism, learning disabilities, and dementia.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote independence and well-being.
  • Lead a team of support workers, providing guidance, training, and supervision to ensure high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including healthcare staff, social workers, and family members, to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Contribute to the development of new initiatives and programs to enhance the quality of life for our service users.

  • A competitive salary of £24,836 - £28,072 per annum, depending on experience.
