  • Excellent foresight and ability to plan-ahead
  • Experience in internal commercial reporting, subcontract engagement and management, estimating, and cost analysis

  • Committed to continuous improvement
  • Ideal candidate is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (CIOB)
  • Relevant Hons Degree level qualification or equivalent
