Job Title: Senior Commercial Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Officer to join our team at MBDA. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering commercial excellence across our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximise business opportunities
  • Lead the negotiation and agreement of contracts and agreements
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Provide commercial guidance and support to the business
  • Analyse and solve complex commercial issues

Requirements

  • Proven experience in commercial roles, preferably in the defence industry
  • Strong knowledge of MoD contracting structure and DEFCONs
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
