The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Protection Associate to join our client's specialist team in London. As a key member of the group, you will provide expert legal and strategic advice on a wide range of data protection and privacy matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on contractual terms, data sharing agreements, privacy notices, data protection policies, international data transfers, and DSARs.
  • Handle complex issues involving regulatory compliance, data subject rights, and the implementation of new technologies, including AI, in a compliant and ethical manner.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be a newly or recently qualified UK solicitor with up to two years of PQE, including experience in data protection and privacy law. You will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
