Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will transition from a 2nd Line role into a hybrid 2nd/3rd line position, serving as a vital escalation point for junior engineers. You will be recognized as a subject matter expert in networking, server management, and Azure Cloud services. Your primary focus will be on providing effective and efficient support while ensuring outstanding customer service.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in IT support, preferably within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Azure.
- Familiarity with the HDI stack.
- Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VPNs, WAN, LAN, DHCP, DNS, Firewalls, and Routers.
- Experience with Active Directory.
- Knowledge of email migration processes.
