We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement comprehensive financial planning and analysis processes to inform business decisions.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
- Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting.
- Professional Qualifications: Professional certifications in ACCA or CIMA.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a finance role, with experience in business partnering.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
