About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Aerodynamicist to join our team at Red Bull Racing. As a key member of our aerodynamics department, you will be responsible for the generation of new aerodynamic concepts and designs for our Formula 1 car.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement new aerodynamic designs and concepts to improve the performance of our car.
  • Lead the development cycle of aerodynamic components, including concept, testing, analysis, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and efficient wind tunnel testing.
  • Conduct wind tunnel testing and analyze results to inform design decisions.
  • Mentor and guide junior aerodynamicists to improve their skills and knowledge.

**Requirements:**

  • At least four years' experience in F1 aerodynamics development.
  • Strong, broad understanding of aerodynamics to degree level or above.
  • Experience of running WT testing programs.
  • Good CAD skills.
  • Initiative and Innovation.
  • Team-player attitude and the ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
