Role Overview
As an Educational Support Tutor, your primary responsibility will be to conduct personalized tutoring sessions aimed at empowering students to build confidence and achieve the necessary qualifications for their educational journey.

Work Environment
Sessions will take place in various settings, including students' homes, local libraries, or community centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting tailored sessions based on individual student needs
- Establishing a positive rapport with students
- Engaging with a diverse range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges
Working Hours
- Flexible hours: 3 hours per day, 5 days a week (during school hours, with adaptable start times)

Compensation and Benefits
