Suffolk County Council is expanding its dedicated Education Team and is in search of a Senior Educational Facilitator to exemplify exemplary tutoring, coaching, and comprehensive support for young individuals with special educational requirements. This role may encompass working with students in both individual and small group settings, while also managing all facets of specific students' educational plans as the primary liaison for families, stakeholders, and team members. This position is part of the Extended Leadership Team, and depending on qualifications and experience, the individual may take the lead on implementing and overseeing new initiatives or managing a specific curriculum area.

The ideal candidate will be an exceptional educator with extensive knowledge and experience in teaching, assessing, and supporting young individuals with special educational needs. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to lead a team and demonstrate best practices and innovative approaches to colleagues.
