Job Summary
The Royal College of Psychiatrists is seeking an experienced and exceptional Administrative Support Officer to provide full administrative support and professional provision to the College's Registrar, Dean and Treasurer.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Registrar, Dean and Treasurer in all aspects of their work, including diary management, travel arrangements, emails and correspondence.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to other College Officers when required.
- Deal courteously and efficiently with a wide range of internal and external contacts, including health organisations.
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of the PA team and its office processes.
- Work well under pressure and to tight deadlines, maintaining a positive and can-do attitude.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
