Job Title: Behavioural Development Coach

Job Description:

We are seeking a Behavioural Development Coach to provide 1:1 support to a Reception pupil at a primary school. The successful candidate will work closely with the pupil, offering tailored support to help them manage their behaviour and engage positively with their learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consistent 1:1 behavioural support during classroom activities, transitions, and playtime.
  • Implement behaviour management strategies to help the pupil navigate social and academic challenges.
  • Work closely with school staff to monitor progress and adjust support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Behavioural Development Coach or in a similar role supporting children with behavioural needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build a trusting relationship with the pupil.
  • A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one through Reeson Education.
