About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at Recruitment Rebellion. As a Financial Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our financial planners and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Book meetings, prepare contracts, and ensure financial planners are well-prepared for their meetings.
  • Process new business and assist with forms, proposals, and documentation.
  • Record and update client information on our back-office systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant financial planning knowledge and best practices.
  • Undertake regular company projects and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in an administration role, preferably in a financial planning firm.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Exceptional IT and software skills, with proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant tools.
  • Tactful, diplomatic, and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
