This is a Permanent Position based in Exeter. The role is 40 hours per week, Monday- Friday.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of products.

2. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities.

3. Set clear goals and performance metrics for the product team and ensure alignment with company objectives.

4. Promote a data-driven approach to decision-making and product development.

5. Develop and manage product budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.

6. Support the business' compliance requirements to maintain and develop processes in support of our certification and regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• Proven experience in product management, preferably within the aviation industry or a related field.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
