Business Administration Apprentice

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Business Administration Apprentice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our business operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide administrative support to the site team, including sorting incoming material, updating IT systems, and maintaining stock locations.
* Investigate stock losses and discrepancies, and process customer and supplier returns.
* Support the purchase of non-steel consumable items and deal with customer orders and data files.
* Provide customer service and continuous improvement support.
* Assist with administrative tasks, including processing documents and dispatching to machines.

**Requirements**

* You should be organized and methodical in your approach, with a genuine interest in developing a career in Barrett Steel.
* A good level of IT, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
* GCSE qualifications in English & Maths ideally at grade 5 or above.
* Live local to site.
