Job Title: Clinical Services Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Services Director to join our team at Compass Associates. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the hospital's strategy, providing operational and clinical leadership, and overseeing the clinical operations of the service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational and clinical leadership in collaboration with the Hospital Director and the broader multidisciplinary team.
- Oversee the clinical operations of the service, including nursing and therapy.
- Ensure that all patients receive the highest standards of care in compliance with legislation, CQC key lines of inquiry, and corporate policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
Requirements:
- Valid NMC registration as a RMN or RNLD nurse.
- HCPC registration (candidates with a management background will also be considered).
- Experience working in a forensic setting (ideally).
- Passionate about providing high-quality care and continuous improvement.
- Clear DBS.
