About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Home Support Worker to join our team in Forfar, Scotland. As a Care Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to adults with diverse backgrounds and support requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support service users with daily living tasks, including personal care and medication administration
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to service users, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Administer medication, change dressings, and assist with basic meal preparation
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a care setting with adults
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and bank holidays
  • Registration under the PVG scheme
  • Full driving license (essential)
  • SVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (desirable)
