As a Lead Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist at Bodyset, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to a diverse patient population, ensuring adherence to our established and evidence-based clinical protocols from initial assessment through to discharge.
Your role will involve fostering strong, enduring relationships with clients, while actively participating as a key member of our multidisciplinary team.
PRIMARY DUTIES
- Assume professional accountability as a Lead Physiotherapist, utilizing advanced decision-making and clinical reasoning skills to triage, evaluate, diagnose, and manage a designated patient caseload.
- Employ a confident and consultative approach with new patients to design and implement effective treatment plans that yield sustainable results.
- Attract and maintain a robust client base through exceptional patient management practices.
- Establish and nurture strong referral networks with external partners, including sports organizations, fitness instructors, and medical consultants.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing well-documented and comprehensive clinical notes and reports as necessary.
- Develop expertise in specific clinical areas and engage in other business functions, such as training, marketing, auditing, or management.
- Adhere to all Bodyset policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring consistent delivery of services and a high-quality customer experience.
- Continuously seek to enhance clinic standards and report any potential risks to the Regional Lead.
- Commit to ongoing professional development as a Lead Physiotherapist, including participation in external conferences and events that contribute to your growth.
- Uphold the professional values and ethical standards set forth by the relevant regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with the clinic's multidisciplinary team to identify and implement service improvements as needed.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy.
- Full registration with the Health and Care Professions Council and the Senior Society of Physiotherapy.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to Bodyset's clinical protocols.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient written English skills.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven track record of generating new business and managing a personal client caseload.
- Experience in the private healthcare sector.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant post-graduate clinical experience.
