About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our team at the Francis Hotel in Bath. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our hotel and enhance our brand presence in the local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the hotel team to create engaging content and experiences that showcase our hotel's unique character and cultural heritage
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Manage and maintain our hotel's online presence, including social media and website content
  • Work closely with the sales and revenue teams to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing and brand management, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media and email marketing
