Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join our team at Tarsh & Partners Marketing Recruitment. As a leading name in marketing recruitment, we are committed to finding the right roles for talented candidates.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the brand marketing team of an innovative and ambitious food business, at an exciting time in its journey. With an impressive senior leadership team bringing renewed focus to the brand portfolio, this role is ideal for an experienced 'foodie' FMCG marketer, with full mix experience and a deep understanding of UK grocery retail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a leading consumer brand, with a deep understanding of UK grocery retail
- Develop and implement strategies and plans to drive growth and optimise return for the business
- Work with external partners such as agencies and licensors to drive growth and optimise return for the business
- Manage campaigns and budgets, with a focus on delivering results and meeting objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in brand management, with a focus on FMCG and UK grocery retail
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under own direction and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
