This is an exciting opportunity to join the brand marketing team of a leading food business, at a pivotal time in its journey. With a renewed focus on the brand portfolio, this role is ideal for an experienced FMCG marketer with a deep understanding of UK grocery retail.

We're looking for a seasoned Brand Manager with a strong track record in strategy and planning, consumer insights, NPD, project management, shopper marketing, and digital disciplines. You'll have a clear vision of what success looks like and be able to persuade and influence across functions to make it happen.

A confident communicator with strong presentation skills, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment working on multiple projects. You'll be a natural problem-solver and creative thinker, able to navigate complexity and course-correct to achieve objectives.

This is a hybrid role, requiring regular on-site working and flexibility around key meetings for effective project management and optimum success. We're a leading name in marketing recruitment, with significant experience working with brand management, communications, category management, and insight/research specialists.
