Brand Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join our innovative food business, at an exciting time in its journey. With a renewed focus on the brand portfolio, this role is ideal for a seasoned FMCG marketer with a deep understanding of UK grocery retail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand strategies across strategy and planning, consumer insights, NPD, project management, shopper marketing, and digital disciplines.
  • Manage campaigns and budgets, working with external partners to drive growth and optimise return for the business.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve objectives, navigating complexity and course-correcting as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting ideas and influencing across functions.

About the Role:

This is a hybrid role, with regular on-site working and flexibility around key meetings. You must be based within the Avon, Somerset, Devon, or Dorset area and hold the right to work in the UK.
