About the Role:

Kent is seeking exceptional professionals to join our Offshore Wind Market team within our Engineering and Consulting Services division. The Offshore Wind Consultancy Lead will play a crucial role in expanding our technical consulting services within the global offshore wind sector. This position is client-facing and offers a high level of autonomy, reporting directly to Kent's Offshore Wind Market Director. This role provides an opportunity for a dedicated individual to contribute to the expanding renewables industry and actively participate in combating climate change.

We support flexible working arrangements and are open to discussing how we can accommodate individual needs. This position can be considered on either a part-time or full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive growth in Kent's consultancy service line on a global scale.
  • Significantly influence the Offshore Wind strategy and business trajectory.
  • Engage in business development, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and attracting new ones.
  • Introduce new service lines to the business through training, recruitment, or acquisition.
  • Support the Kent technical and business development communities.
  • Oversee the portfolio of front-end consultancy projects, including assisting with the technical delivery of strategic initiatives when necessary.
Your Qualifications and Experience:
  • Passionate about contributing to Kent's offshore wind initiatives.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Offshore Wind market dynamics.
  • Well-connected with key industry organizations, Joint Industry Projects (JIPs), and committees.
  • Approachable, friendly, and driven to achieve success.
  • Flexible and willing to travel for short-term assignments.
