The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Consultant to join our team as a Wind Energy Consultant, specializing in Offshore Wind Energy projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients in the wind energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing technical expertise and support as required.
  • Develop and present proposals outlining project scope, team composition, budget, and schedule to potential clients.
  • Manage and coordinate stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery.
  • Lead large-scale offshore wind projects through all stages of the project lifecycle, from financing and sales to construction management and site supervision.
  • Oversee subconsultants and subcontractors, ensuring consistency in analysis and service delivery across projects.
  • Identify and mitigate risks across all disciplines and stages of offshore wind projects.
  • Conduct site visits as needed during construction and operation and maintenance phases, ensuring progress against technical specifications.

Requirements:

  • Relevant engineering degree, with a Master's degree being a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in engineering consultancy, specifically in offshore wind due diligence, project development, or construction.
  • Proven experience in on-site construction monitoring of offshore wind projects.
