Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our team at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Mental Health Service, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological assessments, interventions, and consultations to patients in crisis.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective psychological therapies for patients with complex mental health needs.
- Provide clinical supervision and consultation to other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement projects and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Doctoral level qualification in Clinical or Counselling Psychology.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Experience of working in a mental health setting, preferably in a crisis or acute care environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
