We are seeking an Overnight Operations Supervisor to deliver exceptional reception services during the night hours for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Overnight Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing night-time reception services that contribute to an overall remarkable experience from check-in to check-out, while also completing necessary audits. The Overnight Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in shaping our guests' first impressions and must execute the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Achieve favorable outcomes from guest inquiries promptly and efficiently
  • Ensure a seamless reception experience for guests, including check-in/check-out, and complete audit procedures as required
  • Keep both the Night Manager and Night Team informed of any pertinent feedback from guests or other departments
  • Complete the Night Audit and relevant reports in a timely manner
  • Ensure the night porter checklist is thoroughly completed
  • Exhibit a high level of customer service at all times
  • Participate in relevant training sessions as needed and assist with the training and development of the Night Team
  • Demonstrate knowledge of hotel room categories, rates, packages, promotions, and other essential product knowledge necessary for daily operations
  • Maximize room occupancy and utilize up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and amenities
  • Follow proper procedures regarding the acceptance of foreign currencies, credit cards, and cash in line with hotel credit policies
  • Adhere to policies and procedures when working with front-of-house equipment and property management systems
  • Comply with company brand standards
  • Assist other departments as necessary

Preferred Qualifications:
