Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and maintenance of guest facilities
  • Assist the Cluster Night Manager in delivering outstanding service
  • Efficiently address guest inquiries
  • Compile nightly reports and maintain overall hotel awareness
  • Respond to guest feedback and reviews
  • Supervise Night Receptionists and oversee team performance

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory capacity within Front Office/Nights Accommodation
  • Understanding of the hospitality sector and health & safety protocols
  • Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Front Office management systems
