Vehicle Technician

We are seeking a skilled Sales Vehicle Preparation Technician to join our thriving workshop at EMG Motor Group, a dynamic and fast-growing family business that values its employees.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing both new and used vehicles to manufacturer standards, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform scheduled vehicle servicing in compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Conduct Electronic Visual Health Checks (EVHC) on all vehicles, providing comprehensive reports and expert recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with service advisors to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure all vehicle servicing and repair activities are conducted safely and to a high standard, meeting both internal and manufacturer specifications.
- Participate in continuous training and development to stay current with the latest products and services.
- Contribute to local and company-wide process improvements and innovations.
- Level 3 qualified vehicle technician with a strong technical skill set.
- 3 or more years work experience.
- A full UK driving license is essential.
- Previous manufacturer experience is advantageous.

Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
Saturdays: Rotational basis
