Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and share gain in assigned key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and C-Suite executives.
  • Perform sales analysis and build forecast models to inform business decisions.
  • Negotiate complex deals that meet customer needs while ensuring IDT profitability targets are achieved.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong background in life sciences.
  • Minimum of a Master's degree in a life science-related discipline, with an MBA or Ph.D. a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to speak to genomics applications and technologies.
  • Strong planning and organization skills, with experience in creating and executing successful account growth plans.
