We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Host to join our team in a leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the host team, ensuring seamless execution of events, and maintaining exceptional guest service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration of large or complicated reservations and events
  • Creation of function sheets for the kitchen and management teams
  • Training and supervision of the host team in reservation processing
  • Assistance with recruitment and rostering for the department
  • Implementation of company procedures and best practices across the booking team
  • Modeling excellent guest service and relations
  • Running the department during key busy service shifts
  • Supervision of in-bound communications and management of a company email account
  • Creation and scheduling of Instagram stories around the events calendar

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
