Job Title: Head of Quality and Regulatory

Celeros Flow Technology is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Quality and Regulatory to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance across all aspects of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and develop our Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer-specific certifications.
  • Lead the quality function, driving quality systems to meet and exceed customer demands.
  • Develop and implement Quality and HSE KPIs to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Embed a culture of quality and health, safety, and environmental excellence throughout the organization.
  • Support the implementation of risk management processes and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Lead 3rd-party audits and conduct internal audits to ensure quality and health, safety, and environmental performance.
  • Manage and control document management, ensuring timely and accurate project documentation packs and quality plans.
  • Compile, approve, and control QM manuals, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Evaluate and audit suppliers and subcontractors, and manage the audit program.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in quality management, preferably in a project/capital equipment-based business.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence quality aspects of complex contractor and subcontractor supplier relationships.
  • Recognized quality qualification and accreditation.
  • Demonstrated success in managing quality improvement programs.
