The Role: Senior Support Worker
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Support Worker to join our team in East Bergholt. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the well-being and happiness of our tenants by providing high-quality care and support.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to a team of Support Workers, ensuring they deliver person-centered care that meets the individual needs of each tenant.
- Collaborate with the Service Manager to maintain accurate records, including care plans, support guidelines, and daily logs, ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Foster positive relationships between tenants, families, friends, and other professionals involved in their care.
- Act as a role model, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
- Oversee mandatory training requirements for the team, ensuring they stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.
- Assist the Service Manager with administrative tasks, such as rota management, absence recording, and incident reporting.
