Position Overview:

In the role of Senior Technical Support Specialist, you will provide high-level technical assistance and solutions to our clients, concentrating on intricate issues and infrastructure enhancements.

Alongside your support responsibilities, you will collaborate with the sales team as a Solutions Consultant, designing and proposing cutting-edge IT solutions tailored to prospective clients.

This dual-function position demands a robust technical foundation and outstanding communication abilities to effectively connect technical capabilities with client requirements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver advanced technical support, addressing complex challenges related to Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Hyper-V.
  • Lead technical initiatives and implementations, ensuring adherence to best practices and optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with 1st and 2nd Line Support teams to escalate and resolve intricate issues.
  • Act as a Solutions Consultant, partnering with the sales team to comprehend client needs and devise customized IT solutions.
  • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations for potential clients, illustrating the benefits of proposed solutions.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative products and services.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in a Senior Technical Support role within an MSP setting.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Hyper-V.
  • Experience in a solutions consulting role, with the capability to translate technical concepts into business-oriented solutions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Relevant IT certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or similar are advantageous.
