Job Title: Full Stack JavaScript Software Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack JavaScript Software Engineer to join our team at Brio Digital. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying sophisticated web applications using React and AWS services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using React and AWS services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal user experience.
  • Mentor and guide a team of talented developers.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and AWS services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack JavaScript Software Engineer or in a similar senior role.
  • Extensive experience with React.js and its core principles.
  • Experience with Terraform.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
  • Experience with popular React workflows (such as Redux).
  • Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript.
  • Expertise in AWS services (such as S3, EC2, Lambda, API Gateway).
  • Experience with modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
  • Familiarity with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
  • Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus.
  • Experience with code versioning tools such as Git.
