Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join our team at Essential Employment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for carrying out installation, maintenance, and repair work for our housing stock and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair work for the housing stock and external customers in accordance with agreed targets and procedures.
  • Perform Joinery/Multi Trade installations, upgrades, maintenance, and repairs in managed properties.
  • Coordinate the services of other trades and work with colleagues, contractors, and partners to ensure a seamless and excellent service to customers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to have a strong understanding of health and safety procedures and be able to work at heights.
