Job Title: Multi Trade Operative

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi Trade Operative to join our team at Liberty Gas Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks across various trades, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out repairs, renewals, and installations of roofing trusses, soffit, fascia, and barge boards.
  • Repair and renew ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, and T and G flooring.
  • Repair and renew doors, door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards, and ducting panelling.
  • Repair and renew kitchen units, worktops, and decorative finishes.
  • Repair and replace ironmongery to doors and windows.
  • Repair and renew timber and UPVC window frames.
  • Reglaze timber fencing and gates.
  • Carry out multi-trade skilled work, including patching, plastering, wall and floor tiling, and minor plumbing activities.
Requirements:
  • A recognised Apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3).
  • Experience of working as a Multi Trade Joiner/Plumber and the installation of wet rooms & Disabled adaptations.
  • Plastering trade discipline (desirable).
  • Ability to carry out multi-skill trades, and core joinery or plumbing and experience working within a social housing environment (desirable).
  • Driving licence is essential.
  • Skilled workers will hold a CSCS card, have asbestos awareness, and have own tools.
