We are seeking a skilled and versatile joiner with multi-skilled capabilities to join our dynamic team at Howells Solutions Limited. As a crucial member of our construction and maintenance division, you will play a key role in ensuring the upkeep, improvement, and safety of social housing units.
- Execute high-quality joinery work in social housing units, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents.
- Perform a range of multi-skilled tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance, to maintain the integrity of social housing units.
- Assess and repair various components within social housing units, using your knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction and maintenance.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards, providing excellent customer service and support.
Qualifications:
