Aquatic Program Supervisor

Nuffield Health | Pool Management | Permanent Position | Part-Time

Salary up to £28,040 pro rata based on experience, plus additional benefits

10 hours per week

As the leading Healthcare Charity in the UK, we are dedicated to promoting health and fitness. We are currently seeking an individual with a friendly demeanor and excellent communication abilities to join our team as an Aquatic Program Supervisor.

In this role at our Wellbeing Centre, you will be required to hold an ASA or STA Level 2 qualification or possess significant managerial experience in achieving commercial objectives. A passion for teaching swimming to various age groups, strong teamwork capabilities, and an infectious enthusiasm are essential qualities we are looking for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all clients, whether novices or seasoned swimmers, have an enjoyable experience at our facility. Your enthusiasm and love for swimming will be vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with the Management Team, reporting directly to the Fitness Manager and indirectly to the General Manager.
  • Oversee the programming of swim classes at the centre, managing the governance and promotion of our aquatic services.
  • Drive continuous enhancement of site standards alongside internal swim instructors.
  • Act as a role model for appropriate conduct and professionalism for all team members.
