We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Event Producer. This role offers the chance to work within a thriving event production company that is continuing its organic growth.
About the Company
Our client is an award-winning live event production company that supplies a wide range of products and services to the events industry across the UK. With a team of experienced professionals, they have continuously delivered excellence to their clients.
The Role
This role will see you working closely with Technical Project Managers to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality events. Responsibilities will include:
- Delivering event projects from initial enquiry to completion
- Working with clients to understand event needs
- Advising on solutions to client requirements
- Maintaining and developing client relationships
- Manage event content
- Liaising with speakers to understand their needs
- Stage management during events
- Booking and management of crew
- Prepare and manage budgets
- Manage events on-site and ensure smooth running
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a client-facing project management role, preferably within a similar agency, and will have production experience.
