We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Children's Nurse to join our team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Children's Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care to children and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care that is underpinned by evidence-based practice.
- Maintain and develop high standards of nursing care, reflecting professional nursing practice and patient care.
- Support senior nursing staff in the delivery of patient care.
- Be self-aware and responsible for your own training needs, skill enhancement, and registration renewal.

Essential Criteria- Registered Nurse (Part 1, 8, 12 or 15 of the Nursing and Midwifery Council Register depending on area of practice) or National Certification in area of Practice.
- UK recognised Degree in Nursing relevant to post.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development through maintenance of an NMC revalidation or equivalent.
- Post-graduate qualification related to an area of practice.
- Previous experience of managing clinical incidents and complaints.
