Job Title: Graduate Internal Sales Engineer

Location: Remote Opportunity

Salary: £30k-35k basic, with uncapped OTE taking your total package up to £45-50k in year one

Sector: IT Services/Consulting

Pareto is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Internal Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in executing our growth plan and expanding our book of business across the south east.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our company's offering and identify key stakeholders and C-Level execs to approach
  • Undertake thorough research on leads to qualify and manage your pipeline
  • Combine virtual meets with in-person meetings to build meaningful relationships with potential buyers
  • Initiate conversations with potential buyers and provide solutions to their needs

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Driving Licence required
  • Tenacious, motivated and the ability to handle rejection and act on constructive feedback
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills
  • Ambitious, determined and a consultative approach
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of working independently and proactively, and a quick learner
  • Proficient with tech and the Microsoft Office suite
