Job Title:

Area Sales Engineer - Infrastructure Projects

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Engineer to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a key member of our commercial and infrastructure division, you will be responsible for selling our clients' range of ground support subsidence solutions to various industries, including rail, utilities, highways, and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling ground support subsidence solutions to clients in the infrastructure and commercial sectors
  • Working with highways contractors, rail industry professionals, marine companies, utilities companies, geotechnical consultants, and environmental agencies
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the infrastructure or commercial sectors, including rail, utilities, highways, education, or warehousing
  • Relevant qualification or experience in construction, engineering, or surveying (BSc, MSc, OND, HND)
  • Knowledge of grouting in the ground, structural support, void filling, slab lifting, water management, and subsidence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
