About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to join our team at GlaxoSmithKline. As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Reliability: Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve complex engineering problems that impact business operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Technical Expertise: Apply technical knowledge to design, develop, and implement solutions to engineering problems.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • Education: Currently studying an IMechE accredited undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Language: Written and spoken fluency in English.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork skills.
