Position Overview
The selected candidate will be engaged in a variety of critical tasks, including:
1) Designing and analyzing complex systems,
2) Developing technical content for sales proposals,
3) Assisting in the commissioning of both new and existing systems. The role requires interaction with clients, acting as a technical project lead for the design and sales of new systems. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with internal teams, supporting commissioning engineers in system tuning and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive rotordynamic and control system analyses.
• Assist in the mechanical and electromagnetic design processes, including stress and heat transfer analyses.
• Utilize Solidworks and SW Simulator for FEA analyses and ensure the accuracy of engineering drawings.
• Facilitate the integration of rotordynamic and control system designs into practical applications.
• Serve as a technical liaison with both external and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the manufacturing department to ensure effective implementation of bearing system designs.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to support project needs (up to 10%).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on rotordynamics or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant engineering experience in mechanical disciplines.
• Preferred experience with turbomachinery or rotating equipment.
• Proficient in XCEL, Solidworks, and FEA software.
• Strong academic background in mechanical design, stress analysis, heat transfer, dynamics, electromagnetics, electronics, instrumentation, signal processing, materials, and control systems.
• Experience in reviewing detailed mechanical drawings and understanding dimensioning and tolerancing.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing projects effectively.
