Position Overview:
Our client, Cammach Bryant, is seeking a dedicated Compliance Lead for a permanent role. This position will focus on overseeing the daily compliance checks related to supplier invoices, addressing non-compliance issues, and managing invoice disputes with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Compliance Lead, you will:
  • Supervise the compliance team, ensuring equitable distribution of tasks and timely execution of all essential duties.
  • Generate monthly reports that highlight significant trends and the current status of compliance issues.
  • Conduct thorough daily invoice verifications, checking rates, personnel, and equipment to maximize the company's reimbursable opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to company protocols regarding contract management, including amendments and variation orders.
  • Engage in external contractor audits and address any follow-up actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to resolve outstanding compliance issues and invoice disputes.
  • Analyze invoice trends to identify recurring issues and propose enhancements to business processes.
  • Advise on necessary contract amendments in coordination with Contract Representatives and Engineers.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent in a finance-related field.
  • Experience in cost control administration, preferably within the oil and gas sector.
  • A solid understanding of contractual and commercial documentation.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP and relevant databases required for this role.
  • Familiarity with Company Management Procedures (CMS), including Delegation of Authority and Contract Administration.
